Returns & Exchanges Policy
Refund will only be applicable if there is no replacement/alternate available for faulty or damaged product as per the clause above All refunds will be processed within 2 months from the time of refund confirmation sent to the customer via the official email address of the company. In such an instance, a credit note will be issued, after deducting 25% of the customer amount towards re-stocking charges, with a validity of 12 months from the date of issuance.
