SmartScreens.ae is a UAE-based supplier of interactive displays, video conferencing equipment and related AV solutions, operated from Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE (a venture of OneScreen FZE / Procure FZE). By using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Quote-based sales

SmartScreens.ae does not sell products directly through this website and no payments are collected online. All product listings are for information only; prices shown as zero or absent are intentional. Sales are concluded exclusively through written quotations issued by our team following a Request for Price, WhatsApp or email enquiry. A quotation becomes binding only when confirmed in writing by both parties, and is subject to stock availability and the validity period stated on the quotation.

3. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to keep specifications, images and descriptions accurate, but manufacturers may change specifications without notice. The specifications confirmed in your quotation prevail over website content.

4. Delivery and installation

Delivery times, installation scope and related charges are defined in each quotation. Risk in the goods passes on delivery; title passes on receipt of full payment.

5. Warranty and returns

Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims and any agreed return arrangements are handled per the terms stated in your quotation and our Warranty page. After the manufacturer's warranty period, service requests should be directed to the manufacturer or its authorized service centers.

6. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos and product names shown on this website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes as an authorized reseller. Website content may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, SmartScreens.ae shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from supplied products beyond the value of the relevant order.
