InFocus INF8630 Interactive Flat Panel – INF8630

The InFocus INF8630 is a discontinued interactive flat panel featuring an internal Android PC and comprehensive connectivity for AV integration. It includes HDMI 2.0 inputs, four touch USB ports, and RS-232 control. SmartScreens.ae, an authorised reseller in the UAE, provides procurement documentation and support for this legacy model.

This InFocus INF8630 interactive flat panel integrates an internal Android operating system with dedicated touch USB ports for direct host computer connection. The display supports multiple input sources through four HDMI ports, including HDMI 4 with MHL and HDMI 2.0 specifications. A single HDMI output mirrors signals from inputs 1 through 3, simplifying integration with existing AV infrastructure in meeting rooms or classrooms.

Connectivity options extend to VGA, composite AV, and component inputs, alongside SPDIF and 3.5 mm audio outputs for external sound systems. The unit includes RS-232 In and Out ports for centralized control, making it suitable for institutional environments. An optional OPS PC bay allows for additional computing flexibility, while the remote control and front keypad provide local operation capabilities.

Key Features

• Internal Android PC - Built-in Android operating system eliminates the need for an external computer for basic interactive functions.
• HDMI Mirroring Output - One HDMI output port mirrors video from HDMI inputs 1 through 3 for flexible display routing.
• Touch Connectivity - Four Touch USB ports (Type B) enable direct connection to host computers for interactive functionality.
• RS-232 Control - Includes RS-232 In and Out ports for integration with centralised control systems in institutional settings.
• OPS PC Bay - Rear bay accommodates an optional OPS PC module for expanded computing capabilities and OS flexibility.
