Hikvision DS-6908UDI(C) 4K Decoder

The Hikvision DS-6908UDI(C) is a 4K video wall decoder designed for large-scale AV installations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It delivers 3840 x 2160 output across eight HDMI ports, supporting up to 64 simultaneous 1080p decoding channels. SmartScreens.ae supplies this unit with professional installation and verified UAE compliance documentation for enterprise and government buyers.

This decoder processes high-resolution video signals for unified display management in control rooms and corporate lobbies. It accepts input from computers, video conferencing terminals, network cameras, and NVRs via HDMI or Ethernet. The device handles H.264, H.265, and Smart265 streams, automatically switching to sub-streams to maintain performance when window divisions increase beyond set thresholds.

Visual output is managed through eight HDMI 1.4 ports, allowing for video wall configurations up to 8x8 with individual window divisions of 1 to 36. Frame synchronization technology ensures lag-free playback across all connected displays, preventing tearing or frame loss. Each port supports a maximum LED loading capacity of 2.6 MP, making it suitable for dense pixel-pitch LED walls in Sharjah and Dubai facilities.
