Logitech Conference Cameras Compared: Brio vs MeetUp 2 vs Rally Bar

Logitech's conferencing range is deep enough that buyers routinely over- or under-buy — a Rally Bar in a 4-person huddle room, or a desk webcam asked to film a boardroom. Here is the line mapped honestly to room sizes, as we spec it for UAE offices.

Desk and personal: Brio family

The Brio 4K remains the benchmark personal camera: 4K sensor, HDR, excellent low light, Windows Hello. Brio 30x variants cover hot-desks at lower cost. These are one-person cameras — the field of view and mic pickup stop at arm's length. Pair with a headset from business headsets for open-plan desks.

Huddle and small rooms: MeetUp 2

MeetUp 2 is the purpose-built 2-6 person device: 4K camera, 120° field of view that captures people at the table edge, beam-forming mics and speaker in one USB unit certified for Teams and Zoom. In most Dubai huddle rooms this is the correct answer — more camera than a webcam, far less cost and cabling than Rally.

Medium rooms to boardrooms: Rally family

  • Rally Bar Mini — 6-10 people; all-in-one bar with AI speaker tracking.
  • Rally Bar — 10-16 people; bigger optics and speakers, expandable with mic pods.
  • Rally Plus system — modular PTZ camera, separate speakers and mic pods for large boardrooms and training rooms.

Rally devices run appliance-mode Teams/Zoom without a PC, or USB mode with one — decide before cabling, and see our Teams vs Zoom Rooms guide.

Three tiers, three room sizes — the most common mistake is buying one tier too high or too low.

Choosing in one line

Desk → Brio. 2-6 people → MeetUp 2. 6-16 → Rally Bar Mini/Bar. Bigger or bespoke → Rally Plus with a DSP conversation. Browse current stock in our Logitech collection, conference cameras and video bars.

Frequently asked questions

Do Rally Bars need a computer?

No — appliance mode runs Teams or Zoom natively; USB mode is there when you prefer a room PC.

Is MeetUp 2 enough for a 10-person room?

Borderline — video reaches, but audio pickup past 4.5 metres strains; step up to Rally Bar Mini or add expansion audio.

Are these certified for Teams and Zoom?

Yes — MeetUp 2 and the Rally family carry Teams and Zoom certifications in their supported configurations.
