Returns & Exchanges Policy
Refund will only be applicable if there is no replacement/alternate available for faulty or damaged product as per the clause above All refunds will be processed within 2 months from the time of refund confirmation sent to the customer via the official email address of the company. The ownership of the goods shall remain with the organization until complete payment is received from the customer. If the customer fail to make the full payment within 15 days of the item's availability and confirmation from the customer/LPO from the customer, the company has the right to resell the items. In such an instance, a credit note will be issued, after deducting 25% of the customer amount towards re-stocking charges, with a validity of 12 months from the date of issuance. Refunds will be processed via cheque or bank transfer in case the customer has paid via credit card. The above policy of refund alos applies if the the item goes out of stock from 180 days after placement of the order
